Rob Hamilton

Clinic Owner / Hearing Instrument Specialist

Rob is the clinic owner and clinician at Hearing Well Matters! Rob has worked in Canadian healthcare for over 30 years, and most recently served as the Canadian Managing Director at Starkey Hearing Technologies, one of the leading global manufacturers of hearing instruments. While at Starkey, he led all facets of the business and he worked with many Canadian clinicians and patients. developing a passion for helping patients living with hearing loss. This led him to seek qualification as a Hearing Instrument Specialist, and he graduated with distinction from the HIS program at Conestoga College. Rob is fully accredited as a H.I.S. with the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario.

Meredith Joaquim is a Hearing Instrument Specialist at Hearing Well Matters! where she is responsible for testing patients, selecting, and fitting new hearing aids, as well as patient counselling. Jess Phillips is our trusted Office Manager. Born and raised in Hamilton, she has experienced multiple Medical Office and Administrative Support jobs in the GTA/Surrounding Areas. She brings an ample amount of Administrative experience, great customer focus, and a bright welcoming smile to the Clinic. Jess found her passion in helping the Hard of Hearing and is looking forward to meeting and establishing long-term relationships with all our patients and is a strong believer that Hearing Well Matters!
